Terms of Service

The short version: be an adult, be honest, be kind, follow the law. Private agreements are between users; we provide the platform, the verification and the safety tools.

1. Eligibility

You must be 20 or older to use SugarDaddyPerth. By creating an account you confirm this and agree to provide accurate information about yourself.

2. The service

We provide a platform for adults to meet and form mutually agreed relationships. We do not participate in, broker, or guarantee any connection between users. Any agreement about generosity, time or expectations is strictly between the people involved.

3. Prohibited use

  • No one under 20, and no content involving or targeting minors.
  • No escorting, solicitation or any exchange of sexual services for money — such accounts are removed.
  • No scams, financial requests before meeting, or misrepresentation of identity.
  • No harassment, pressure, or ignoring another member’s stated boundaries.
  • No sharing another member’s private content outside the platform.

4. Verification & moderation

Profiles are reviewed before going live. We may request verification, remove content, or suspend accounts that breach these terms. Our moderation decisions aim to protect the community first.

5. Membership & payments

Core membership is free. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time in Settings. Refunds follow Australian Consumer Law. Wishlist gifts and private agreements between users are outside our billing and are not refundable by us.

6. Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to display it on the platform to operate the service. You must have the right to share anything you upload.

7. Disclaimers & liability

We verify and moderate but cannot guarantee member conduct. Meet safely and follow our safety guidance. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or its cost. Nothing excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms, particularly anything affecting member safety.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Western Australia.
